Message of the President

I am very happy to learn that the Annual Report of the Diocesan Social Work Society will be published soon. The Diocesan School Work Society of Lucknow Diocese is reaching out to many poor and marginalized people in the rural areas and giving them hope in their through its many programmes of awareness, non formal education, health and hygiene , women’s empowerment and other developmental activities. Through various social and development programmes these marginalized people are made aware of their right and duties and able to organize themselves and thus gradually come to the stream.
I take this opportunity to thank you, and your collaborators, namely, the Coordinators and Animators involved in the social work, for your dedicated service for the benefit of humanity. I congratulate all of you and wish you success and God’s blessings in all your future endeavours. The Donor Agencies who Support these programmes also deserve our sincere thanks. May God bless them all .
